Well hello Mary Alice (sorry, couldn't resist!) I can just see your Mom calling you in: 'Mary Alice, you get in here right now!' LOL My name is Lorraine Ann Mary. I was named for my mother--her middle name was Lorraine and she was named that after one of our other relatives. I think my parents chose Ann for my middle name because it's simple (conventional wisdom is that if you have a long or 'different' first name the middle name should be easy). Then when I went through Confirmation in the Catholic church I needed to take a saint's name, so I chose Mary. When I got married I took my maiden name and made it my middle name so that I could keep my family name intact. So I actually have 3 middle names. I'm getting confused.....LOL
