Thanks for the great Quote from a man whom I have always greatly admired.  Ray Kroc gave us many such pearls of wisdom over the years.  One that we all really need to take to heart, and which has always been one of my favorites was,

“If you work just for money, you'll never make it, but if you love what you're doing and you always put the customer first, success will be yours.”

Money can be a strong motivator, but if it's your only "Why", you most likely will never reach your true potential for success, and unless you satisfy your Customer, you are doomed to failure.
