Robert,

Here is a forum that is interesting, you can make new friends, learn something new each week, appreciate other cultures.

Come visit "Celebrate Our Different Cultures:

http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/21506/ShowForum.aspx

When you join a forum with a specific subject that interests you, repeated visits will be desired by you.

In regards to the celebrations forum I created another called "thinking outside the box".  There is more to that forum than one first sees on the surface.  This would be good reading.

Yes, I know you want to increase your # of posts, but this might convince you that it is quality not quantity that in the end will matter.

Back to the idea of joining or creating a forum of interest.  I have one going since last June on gardening where people come back repeatedly.  I would call it a timeless forum which encourages posting as in contrast to one I put up Sat. of Will Rogers sayings.  That would be a one time visit, post and run type of forum.

Hi Robert, You got quite a bit of information from your one question! Someone said it well when they told you that any question posed will draw a lot of knowledgeable people to help answer it. I found out a lot of things I had no idea about. I know search engine optimization is important, but I didn't know that using keywords in my forum threads made any difference. It seems that blogging and article writing are becoming the 'way to go' in marketing these days; however, I can only keep up with the forums in Adland, much less join a bunch of forums in other places. To find out which forums I want to stick with, I always check the 'email me' box when I visit and/or post the first time so that I'll be reminded to keep checking to see if I want to be an active poster. Sometimes I don't have anything to add at the time, but considering the way threads change or develop I might want to post at a later time. Thanks for this thread!
