Here are some good suggestions, start a popular forum of your own, and reply to each visitor.  Also, visit this link and go to forums that look interesting and say something relevant, don't just be a pop-in one-sentence forum-ho.  Haha. http://community.adlandpro.com/posthistory.aspx

I just checked, the number 100 person has 513 posts, you are on page 10 with 455 posts.  So just 58 more posts will put you at number 100 if no one else in front of you makes any gains.  People consistently gain...so you've gotta be active on a regular basis.  The number of top postings doesn't mean anything in itself, but your signature file is at the bottom of each of your posts, that's what's important.  So make sure your sig file leads people to where you want them to go.  Put a spiffy headline on it so it will stick in peoples' brains.

I am just suprised that with 40,000+ members that it only takes a few post to be in the top 100. I have many more post on regular forums than I do here. It is really a small group here.

This is a good question, and you have received some great responses.  I have learned something here too.

When I first arrived here in Adland, I never gave a thought to achieving all of the status symbols, and that is really what they are.  It was more important for me to be involved in forum threads that had meaning to me, and to create forums for the same reason.

I have gleaned some good pearls here as will others.  Thanks!  :)
