Yes, Jesus is a source of strength and comfort when
we need Him most and a wonderful friend just to talk with when you are content. He is on my mind for a great percentage of my day as pray is not about
getting down on ones knees in a posture but is just everyday tasks while you are thinking whether it is about someone, their needs, happiness, frustrations and your own and talking it through, you can come up with a solution.
I just know when I have come up with a solution and
it is the Holy Spirit who gave me the answer as even though the thought came through from my own thoughts - I would not have thought of that myself because I know my capabilities and the answer was outside of those.
