Hi Neil,
Calm down please. Lets see if we can get something constructive going here.
See if you can agree to any or all of this:
There is an etiquette for everything. Sending emails, posting in forums or eating with the Queen of England. Basically there's a set of rules for how to do things "right".
Online the etiquette is often referred to as Netiquette. If you google Netiquette you will get 16 200 000 hits. This indicates that it's something that that involves a lot of people.
Under Netiquette you find Email etiquette. You would think that there's one universal email etiquette for all, but there's many different views to be found "out there".
Some of which I strongly disagree too. I found one just now that states:
"use of the 'Bcc' is somewhat unethical and therefore its use is discouraged."
I often tell people that don't have the opportunity to send direct emails to their lists to send the email to themself and put all recipients in the BCC field to avoid sharing their list with all the others.
There are many reasons to do this. I am not going to list them all, just give you one: I am receiving more spam and infected emails because other people have shared my email with others in this way before.
Back to the original theme of this thread. Clean up your email before you send it to others.
You wrote that you don't have BCC and that some emails can't be copy/pasted.
I would like you to tell me how you send/forward to your list of 400+ Tell me which program you use and take it step by step.
I might be able to tell you what you can do without spending more money, and no matter how long you have done anything it's never too late to improve.
