Hi friends,
It is a real pain in the neck to have to get past all those
email addresses when trying to read something if something has
been forwarded several times. You could theoretically have
hundreds to get past. It’s not fair to the people whose email
address you are exposing to the world, and certainly isn’t
appreciated by the person receiving it.
One way to get rid of all the extra junk (addresses, comments,
etc) when you forward an e-mail, is to copy and paste the part
you wanted into a new e-mail - then send it.
Another way is to forward the e-mail first, then before sending
it, delete out all the addresses, etc., before you hit send. It
is considered really "tacky" to forward everything, including
the names and email addresses of everyone else, who has received
it.
Thanks
