Hi Ken,

  Thank you so much for your response.  I am very proud of Shirley.  She was suppose to go over to the hospital last week to get her knee X-Ray done, however we had a client named Rick Hager tha was performing at a local bar and she wanted to be there to support him.  Although she was in a lot of pain and walking with her Walker, she was right by my side to support our client.  She even got up and sang "Walking After Midnight"  It is beginning to seem like no one wants to help her and the problems just keep piling up.  Shirley is much stronger than I am, unless of course I left up my arm.  Thank you Ken, for your support.

Thank you so much for providing this forum.  I received a prayer request from a dear friend of mine and a new member here at ALP, Hazel McNew. I am sure she would love to hear from members of this forum.

This evening (Friday 7/11) we received a call from the Hospital in Portland where Ron Capps had surgery yesterday to replace the bone back in his head they removed when he had brain surgery on April 8, 2008.  He came through the surgery yesterday but has not been coherent and now Ron has pneumonia  His Doctors said he is not doing well.  We are asking every Christian we can contact to pray.  Ron has been Terry's close friend for over 40 years and is now Terry's daughters Stacey and Tyree's step father.

The family needs prayer as we, of course, do not want to let go but realize it must be God's Will and what Ron's heart desires.  Ron loves the Lord.
