	Great post Marilyn. If people does`nt make Goals they will not succeed eighter. Shortterm and longterm is the best way to reach the GOAL - Your dream. As in DubLi where people work with this every day, there are many who earn $20-50.000 US each month already, just by following a plan and make shorterm-goals. Take care Hug Arild
