Hi Trina, Yes, I well remember Nitro Clicks, which, of course, turned out to be a scam (I don't think anyone ever got paid.) You SHOULD have control over who joins your business. I've had people become quite shocked when I've told them I don't want to sign them up in my network. People have fallen hard for the idea that the whole idea of network marketing is to sign up as many people as you possibly can and then teach them to do the same thing. That's like hiring a whole town to work in your store! How are you ever going to train them, and more importantly, how are you ever going to make money? I'm glad to see that you've discovered that one of the big secrets of success IS to be selective in who you sign up. God bless, Dave

Hi Joyce, You ran into one of the spam generating.... oops... I mean really, really ethical and honest lead generating companies that sell only "high quality" "surveyed" leads... You're right about creating your own, unique lead capture pages, too. The ones you EARN yourself are always the best, and really are waiting to hear from you. Furthermore, they will generate numbers you can work with, rather than hundreds or thousands of unknowns who might just scream "SPAM" and cause you no end of trouble. God bless, Dave

Hi Tom, Sorry, my friend, but I gotta pour water on the FFA idea. FFA leads are by far some of the very worst leads you can ever get. Virtually no one EVER opens an email that comes from an FFA site. Anyone who knows anything gets a throwaway email address for posting to FFA sites, and never even sees the thousands of emails from these sites. If you ever make the mistake of emailing an FFA lead more than once, you stand a very good chance of getting nailed for spam, too. (FFA leads should NEVER be used in an autoresponder system.) Furthermore, most companies today don't even allow their members to use FFA leads to market. THEY will shut you down if they find out you're doing that. Be careful. God bless, Dave

Hi Veronica, It's really good to see that you have your own website. That is the first step in creating a professional presence on the internet. You seem to have a lot of knowledge about nutrition and health, so that's definitely the thing to concentrate on on your website. Write articles and make them easy for people to find on your site. I took a quick look at your site, and noticed that you are using images for your links. I find it best just to stick to print. It loads quicker and is easier to fit and see. I have a website that might help you a bit at http://tipsntools.com and also highly recommend that you get to know another Adlander if you haven't met her, yet: Linda Caroll who is an absolute wizard on web presence. The link to the business I mentioned earlier is http://ldsavings.com/bus It's free to join but has a real catch that stops most people. It's called W.O.R.K. lol!! God bless, Dave

Hi Nick, I have used Webbizinsider for years and like them. I've actually had some really good traffic for a click exchange from them. They are one of the highest rated click exchanges and are often rated number one for the month. That said, it takes time to figure out what works and what doesn't work on click exchanges. You really have to think about WHO uses click exchanges, and market accordingly. (They're not great for selling TVs!) God bless, Dave
