Nan, I've been thinking the same thing...most people here are around middle-age, I think they are!  I can't imagine spending my minutes thinking of ways to torment other adults across the country or across the world. 

Marilyn, if things get that bad, shut off the computer and get in bed with your new husband for a few days, that will make you forget all ridiculous problems here in cyberspace!

I agree with much of what you said .. however from experience I have found that the only way affirmations truly work is if the person saying them really believes what they are saying, if not they just become rhetoric .. and useless.. as for success that would depend on what ones counts as a success which is measured in different ways by different people. To one it's money or another it might be relationships, and still another something different. everyone is successful somewhere in their lives whether is looks like it to the on looker on not.  Thank for the thought provoking message.
