BuffalOs Summer Pasta Salad
6 ounces uncooked angel hair pasta, broken into thirds
3/4 cup fat free Italilna dressing
1/4 cup sliced ripe olves
1/4 cup Sliced Buffalo Os Sweet 'n' Spicy (Quartered)
( or use Shredded Buffalo )
1/4 cup chopped fresh Basil leaves
1/2 cup Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
2 large (2 cups) tomatoes, cubed 1-inch
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.
2. Place pasta and all remaining ingredients in large bowl, toss to coat well. Cover, refrigerate at least 2 hours.
You can always add brocoli, asparages, carrots... any of your favorite veggies !
