In this case I was forced to block all incoming

It wasn't email coming from any AdlandPro member or from the AdlandPro system.

I was fortunate to at least find out what was going on though. An affiliate (or site owner) of that site had loaded several (many) email clientes from an auto responder and had collected or bought email addresses to send to.

Yahoo did confirm they were seeing an excessive bandwidth strain on their email systems. They also confirmed that who was doing this is preetty clever to use mail forwarding so one email may go thru 5 to 8 email clients before it got to my box.

Seeing in the email there wasn't an affiliate link lends info for me to think it was the site owner trying to drive traffic to his sleazy site. This will help with his SE ranking to place him higher in the search engines.

Here's another person just creating more problems for us honest people in business.

Thanks for sharing your "Spam" experience! I have seen a dramatic increase in spam being sent to my Yahoo box for about two months now. It is awful! I wish there was some way to stop the spammers dead in their track but the only method that comes to mind is prayer and I would rather spend my prayer time on something more pleasant ;)

Ken, I know what you mean about being flooded with porn and dating e-mail. Yahoo is the worst of all of the servers for this. I have tried all that I knew to do an it seems to multiply I have joined this system to see if it can come up with a solution, you may give it a try and let me know.
