Thank you for your response, and I must say that you are absolutely correct! We can try to make changes within ourselves to make ourselves a better person, but if we do not do this on a consistent basis then we will just be defeating the purpose! Like anything else that we try to change in our lives, such as quitting cigarettes, if you do not follow through on leaving them alone and sneak one once in a while, then you will eventually revert right back to the old habit.
Habits can be broken, but only through consistent training and lots of effort. The same goes for us if we are trying to do something to change ourselves for the better!
