It is forgiveness that frees us from anger and I should know, I spent
a few years being an angry person. About 15 years ago, I
discovered the secret of letting go. It was not only in forgiving others
but in forgiving myself of the guilt associated with angry
actions and behavior. It is easy to say but was hard to do.
