Hi Bogdan,

Thanks again for the excellent Quote.  Whenever a new Associate and I sit down for the initial Game Plan Interview, the first thing the new Associate does is to write down their Goals, short-term and long-term.  After discussing and agreeing, we both sign a written commitment as to how they plan to accomplish them and what I will do to assist them.  There is just something about writing everything down that makes them seem real.

Lee Iacocca was fired from the Ford Motor Company.
He grew sick and depressed for several years.
The story of his rising is one of the most interesting
and inspirational stories I have ever heard.
He went on to save the doomed Chrysler Corporation
and took a position at one dollar a year
salery. The rest is history.
