Here is an awesome salad recipe that is quick, easy, and DELICIOUS!
Artichoke Pasta Salad - gets rave reviews every time!
1 bag Pasta Shells
1 can pitted olives
1 large or 2 small bottles marinated artichoke
hearts
1 basket or bag of cherry tomatoes
1 basket of small mushrooms
1 bottle Bernsteins Italian Salad Dressing
Cook pasta shells according to directions. Put
shells & rest of ingredients into big salad bowl and toss with dressing. You
can serve it right away or let it marinate in refrigerator. Leftovers are
wonderful too!
