Hi Sonia,

Thank you, yesterday was mostly good, I got a lot of rest and
had a little turkey after I showed Susan how to cook it in
one of our circulating air ovens. I had to cut the breast in
half to fit it in. We just bought the breast. Susan and I
don't eat the dark meat.
