I thought I should show you some interesting statistics from a program I joined not long ago. I signed up free, but saw the value in upgrading for only $10 monthly, and decided that if it didn't pay out it wasn't a great loss.
Well..I'm sticking with it, despite the CTR% I've still made sales and it's paying for itself.

Just for some figures on the CTR of 2.42%, if only 1% of those who actually went to my site purchased the product, I will have 787 sales of that product!
High volumes of traffic is key! But there are other keys as well.
Unique content, and products that people want are two other keys for success.
Traffic is a good start though ;-)
