Hi Nick, I like both of your visuals. The only problem with # 1 is that too large of percentage of the men do stay with us. Being a widow is difficult especially if one does not enjoy the company of other women. Going to dinner, a cruise, Vegas, movie or any of the great adventures means finding a special someone to share in the activity. The later picture is absolutely great!!! Adventure as an elderly person is wonderful. What do you have to lose. I've know 95 year olds to jump from airplanes. My grandfather in his 90's went on his first motorcyle ride. My goal is to ride an ass into the Grand Canyon on a two day trip. We will sleep on the base of the canyon at the Colorada River. Trusting that the ass has a sure foot and good eyesight because I sure don't.

Charles, Those are good ones. I hold a different philosophy tho. When I retire, I want to do volunteer work, travel, and build my internet business. Being bored is not on my list. I did hear it said that some retirees find purpose in getting out of bed in the morning. Would that be for the purpose of going to the bathroom?
