Hi Chris,

Inspiring story.  I have seen this happen - well not exactly - with humans too, at least they weren't stuck between walls with their foot nailed down!  But if you are loved, and love, you would feed your partner, child, friends like this for as long as it takes.

Love can, and does work miracles.

I have tears in my eyes.. yes love can work wonders, move mountains etc, but I think we could look around us closer to home and see the love we often take for granted and see it with new eyes.
It was my birthday yesterday and my Dad was doing his usual hospital radio DJ spot - he asked me to log on and listen around 6.30pm which I did.  He then dedicated a song by Frank Sinatra ' One for my baby' and as he did it I heard his voice literally crack with love... as soon as the record ended I called him at the studio and told him I loved him...  funny thing, I always knew my Dad loved me, he's my Dad after all, but hearing him say what he said over the air waves, I never realised how much.
Love is patient, love is kind... don't waste another second, if you love someone, let them know.  You don't know if you'll get another chance.
