I believe that love is being able to let someone be free and be, totally, who they are ... Love is not possessiveness ... that is just obsessive, compulsive behaviour ... One cannot own someone else ... and one cannot think they have the right to own someone else ...

Love can only be conquered by love ... and hearts can only unite under the same reciprocation...

As for your mention of monogamy ... well ... I do believe that .... if Love exists between two people who are so much IN LOVE, with each other,  then all others,  fade into dust, because the one becomes sufficient to satisfy the other on all levels ... in which case the love affair shared becomes monogamous ... and exclusive ... not through rules and regulations set out by society, or proprietary, but by the blatant devotion each shares with the other.

There is only one kind of being "IN love", however, I do agree that there are several forms of love, (and loving), and that those can be shared with many ... and is exclusive to none ...

As for not sleeping ... well ... once my mind starts ... it refuses to stop ... until I have put on paper the thoughts running through it ... even herbs don't help me ... if anything my mind starts fighting harder and the thoughts become more intense ... so now I just go with the flow ...

When you truly love someone there are no boundaries ... and you do think of that person first thing in the morning and last thing at night ... that's why I believe that saying goodmorning and goodnight to the person you love is so important ... it shows they are in your thoughts ...

Yes, happiness is found in love and in everything the person you love ...  is ... regradless of their flaws ... if you can see any flaws ... because love blinds to the unimportant ...
