Nice quote this one, hehe, something that i can really relate to. Thats always the case, commit a fault, acknowledge it, hopefully get out of trouble. Theres nothing more that people can say once you agree to recognize and acknowledge a fault for sure. But something has to be done to counter this quote. From what i've learnt in the Army, punishment from the second you commit one. Harsh, useful, but advice is to only use it in the army! Punishment works, but chances must be given at the same time. Something i tried and which works pretty well when i started training others. Everyone needs chances, but something has to be done to stop repeated offenders. Its useless when someone acknowledges his faults and yet still commits them repeatedly. My useless 2 cents, Raymond
