As always I find your writings enlightening. I agree the fewer people we hurt in our lives the fewer will hurt us. I try to always treat people the way I want to be treated with respect and loving kindness.

One wise lady told me a very long time ago, " don't let one bad apple spoil the whole basket."

I agree totally ... treat people as you want to be treated ... I know that sometimes it doesn't always follow through that way ... and I try not to be cynical .... but there are times when loving kindness and respect are seen as weaknesses and ... some .... and thank goodness only a few will walk over the kind person as if they were a doormat ...

But there is another wonderful saying that can be quoted here I think ...

"What goes around .... comes around" ... and therefore it is true ... one should keep giving good apples ... it is up to the receiver of the apple ... to then make the choice of whether to take it while it's fresh or to let it rot ...
