This is a rare, mysterious, useful and lovely "Floare de colt" - word by word translated - Flower of the ridge/edge ?! Germans calls it EDELWEISS!
They are very rare, and protected by the law, being considered as one of the nature's splendors. We have a few here in Romania, in the Charpatians.
