As an affiliate of OPFM you have no legal recourse against Dave, or anyone else. Only the company owner has any legal claims, and in this case no one does.

Dave has every legal right to post his opinions in a public forum.

Please share with us the information you received from the Attorney General.

Hi, Dave has listed my name in here and is accusing me of being a scammer. I have a very good reputation. That, I'm sorry is grounds for a Defamation of Character lawsuit and I do have the evidence now. If he drops it now, I will. Just remember, i am building evidence in here now. I did nothing wrong and never have, just helped people in this community and now I'm being bashed for no good reason. We all have reputations and when this is all over and done with, credibility will be lost and it won't be mine. Carl.

Hi Carl, Please relax and take a careful look at the posts. You will notice that I have NOT mentioned your name in any of these threads and posts, and have NOT accused you of being a scammer. I would never accuse my friends of such a thing! My opinion was not on your character at all, as I personally know what it's like to build an organization of over 2000 in a company that went down the drain with everyone's money. I did a lot of digging into that company before promoting it, but found out too late that the owners were not the kind of people I thought they were. Did that make me, personally, a scammer? I think not - but it did show me that I have to do more than simply dig for information as part of due diligence. I also have to look at the TYPE of program, its foundation, products, WORK ethic (If it says I do not have to work to make money, it's going to fail, eventually, and someone is going to lose their money.) You are a well-respected member of this community, and I'm sure, a very honest and ethical businessman. I hope that continues long into the future. God bless, Dave
