	Hi Kathy. I had a look at the web site. On the surface it looks pretty good but ... as pointed out by others, it has no TITLE. In addition, if you look underneath (by this I mean at the HTML code) I believe the "<head>" portion could use a little work. I am no master marketer or site designer but have learned a bit about the underpinnings of a good web site. When I say to look at the codes it is just a suggestion based on that ecperience. Roy

	I see some word typos that need correcting and agree that the "no name" is a problem. She may want to fancy the Intro page just a bit and make it look more professional. As for the hits, Is she advertising? The right way? She needs to hit the woods a little. Nice site though!! Just in time for the Holidays. Peace,, Sharon

	Hi Kathy, Site has poor html, no title, too much white space, images are not optimized and it probably takes a long time to load on a dial up connection (which still accounts for 70% of onliners). My guess is people navigate away. I am going to run a spped test on her site and will try to get in touch with her to see if she still needs assistance or has already found it.
