The toughest thing about the power of trust is ...

“The toughest thing about the power of trust is that it’s very difficult to build and very easy to destroy. The essence of trust building is to emphasize the similarities between you and the customer.”

So true Bogdan. I would rather lose money than to lose the trust people have in me. I can always make more money.

DID YOU KNOW? The U.S. Social Security Board reports that 85 out of 100 Americans reaching age 65 don't possess as much as $250. And only 2% are self-sustaining (the rest dependent on family, church, or the government)! Want to know what the "2-percenters" know that you don't? www.sfi4.com/11579740/FREE

Thank you, Bogden.

The key to trust is to make sure you have your self image right.
Be yourself, always tell the truth and admit it when you make
a mistake.

Show your reader that you are human, just like everyone else.
Make your priority service, not money. If you are willing to
serve and not expect anything in return, it will show in
your character. People will respect that, maybe not understanding
it at first, but consistancy in character is the primary responsibility
of every servant.

To help people is to love people. When you can show them
that you are sticking up for them, you have about 90
percent of their trust.

The other 10 percent is earned.

Hi Bogdan,

This is so true, whether building Businesses, Friendships, or any Relationship.

When I was growing up, I went through Wilderness Camp, as many of you may also have done.  My favorite exercise was where we were in the center of our Circle of Friends, closed our eyes, crossed our arms and fell backwards, trusting that our Friends would step up and catch us before we fell to the ground.  When your Friend, Business Associate, or anyone trusts you to have their back and not let them down, always STEP UP and BE THERE.  You'll never lose their trust.

Thanks Again,

Phil Black

Hello Bogdan,

WOW! What a great quote today! Boy, this is so true..if you lose trust you've lost everything! You've got to have the trust of the people and it does take time to get that! Hold onto it with dear life once you have it!

Thanks for sharing,

Marilyn
