The second part of that is very important, people would rather do business with someone they have things in common with...instead of some anonymous businessman wearing a suit in a big office somewhere.

Hi Bogdan,

Important Things We Oughta Know About Trust.

Trust is a two way street - you get it if you give it.
Trust is a gift - you give it and you receive it.
It should never be taken for granted.

That is a good one!

What's amazing to me is the part about finding things in common.  It seems so far-fetched, but really, we are all more alike than we are different.

Once we get to the point where we can see others as people who are as vulnerable and needy of true affection as ourselves, then we may be able to truly build trust.

Thanks so much!

KK

Bogdan,

It is said that it takes a lifetime to build a trusting relationship, and a second to destroy it!

Another great quote. Trust is one of the most important things to be guarded because it is a very valuable treasure in all walks of life. Thanks for sharing. Bea http://community.adlandpro.com/forums/18554/ShowForum.aspx http://tinyurl.com/o7rb2 http://tinyurl.com/zgepu http://tinyurl.com/lyb24
