I love to find places on the net that people talk about herbal remedies. My grandmother is half american indian and she would always give us tea for any ailment we had as kids. I have found myself doing the same with my kids. As a result of her I have become very herbal over the years. I think it is much better to take something for our bodies that is God given and not manufactured in a lab. One thing I take is chromium gluconate. It helped me with my low blood sugar. It is also suppose to be helpful for diabetics. Garlic is good too for your cholestoral and high blood pressure.
Chamomile tea for bedtime! :-)
