That saying is so easily said and yet so difficult to live.  GREAT REMINDER though of how it should be.  I sometimes like to think of life as a bubble in the center of the levelling tool.  Balance, it's all about balance.

Hi Bogdan,

I love this saying.  It's one of those that when followed, I believe we will be living to the fullest.  

Living in the NOW is something I'm trying to do more of...instead of living in the past or the future.  Living today is vital to our spirit's well-being.  Living without holding back & without regret.   I wonder how many people actually have mastered this?  I know I haven't mastered it...but I am in the process of taking hold of it.
