yes my kids, learned there ABC's from the newspaper,& books. the rest they learned from thair Grandfathers.

Hi Bogdan, I would have to disagree with this one,everyone is always learning, when youth is past I think you can learn more and catch up..the only thing would be how well we remember! Hi Bogdan.

It's a great quotation.  The only pity is that adults understand it, but kids wont always believe it until they grow up.  I agree with Leanne though.  thank heavens it's never too late!
