Dear Helen:

Your observation that, " Reading the Bible is an intricate part of our Growth, and Our walk ", is so true. I would compare that to any exercise we do to strengthen our physical self - while reading the " BOOK " gains us spiritual strength and wellness. One must do both - every day - to gain the gifts offered.

Hello everyone, You know I do alot of power walking and while I do that I talk to god and thank him for everything he has given me.I talk to him alot when I am winding down even,I know is it really possible for me to do that???Well there are those occassions but I do talk to him alot when I am on my walks in the car just when ever I can, which is alot.This is a bible group so everyone can share any thing they want or we can change topics,let me know,thanks,love ya all,kathy
