Hi Rose, Humm... I'm not so sure that this is unethical. I've been seeing for a long time requests like:"Please visit our worthy sponsors" or "Help support this site by visiting our worthy sponsors". How can a simple request be unethical? Nobody can be forced to click on Google's or anybody else's links. I understood when I read Google's terms and conditions that it was forbidden to get people to agree to click X number of times a day, etc. I've known a few folks who pester their friends and family to click their ads, but people, even family, soon get tired of the chore. Let's face it--most folks want to be paid for their time. So in the long run, in my humble opinion, this won't be a real problem of ethics. I'll be interested to hear what others have to say, Paula Gaon

Hi, Paula. The difference with the click exchanges is, for instance with Lord of the Clicks, every time you view another member's page, you get an alert box that says "Thank you for clicking on the links" or something similar, a constance reminder that what you are expected to DO in this traffic exchange is click on the contextual ads. I'd call that a major infringement, as Google (for instance) expressly tells people they should not encourage or instruct people to click on the Adsense ads. Rose
