Hi guys, I am new here but could not agree more that persistance and determination cannot be replaced.

But the way I love Jim Rohn. I had the privilege to study with him for several years and he was fundamental to me becoming a Personal Development Trainer and Coach. His quiet but profound ways always help me stay on track.

Keep at it

Hi! This is my first post.. great topic.  I do believe in the Law of Attraction.  I watched the Secret Movie recently and that is what it is all about.  It does take time, and yes, it is all about projecting that which we want.  Jim Rohn is very good.  I also like to read Lou Tice.. below is one of his posts in a daily email I get from him through The Pacific Institute:

Winner's Circle Network with Lou Tice - 10/16/06 - "Roadmap to Success"

Do you know what you want out of life? Or do you have trouble answering this
question?

Do you know anyone who seems constantly lost in a fog of confusion? They go
one way and then another. Sometimes, they latch on to something as if it's
the solution to all their problems, only to downgrade it a few months or
weeks (sometimes days) later and move on to something or someone else. They
just don't seem to know what they want.

Maybe you're a bit like this yourself. If so, I want to encourage you to get
back in touch with your dreams, but do so in a very focused way. You see,
you can't achieve your goals if you don't know what they are. You can't even
set goals, if you don't have any dreams for yourself or your future.

So ask yourself, what would you like the end-results, the outcome, to be for
yourself at the end of five years? How about at the end of one year? Once
you have that outcome, what will you see? What will you hear? What will you
feel? Be as specific as possible, and write your answers down.

Then, examine current reality. How is it different? Again, be specific and
detailed. Finally, list in order the steps you will need to take to move
from current reality to your desired end-result.

This process will take some time, so stay with it. But when you're done, you'll
have a roadmap you can use to guide you to a very personal kind of success.
