I have another friend who runs a program for me
and he had congestive heart failure two weeks ago.

Oh.. I'm so sorry to hear this.  I'm glad he has friends like you.  I hope he is ok.  I went through this last year with my dad.  I know how scary this can be.  I wish him and his family the best.
