Thank you Dave, That was realy enlightening to me. Please tell us something about the so-called "100% Double Opt-In" leads you tend to get from the Traffic Exchanges. Tell me for instance what does it mean? Does it for instance mean that the lead checked out my site and want to join or is he/she just interested and want to know more? What can I do with such?   I totally agree! I have been doing traffic exchanges for a couple years now.
It does get you plenty of traffic, Not Sales but Traffic.
 I joined a program called Advertopia: http://url123.com/yx5v5
Learn how to Advertise without spending a dime! They have a list of  about 40 traffic exchanges and a lot of other paid and Free programs.
I have guilt my down-line with them so now I get a pretty good stream of traffic without having to surf myself.

Free hosting may not be recommended but it is a great way to learn the asspects of setting up websites and the basic HTML
