As you already know, the best niche is to sell yourself, first and foremost, and all the rest will fall into place no matter what you are selling.  Marketing strategies are useless unless you you can impress upon people you are a caring and friendly person.  People like to purchase from nice people, and all the top sales people I have ever trained or met have all had nice outgoing personalities like yourself. (g)
