Yes....You are right.  Dubai is still as beautiful as ever. 

Ofcourse, I think you are missing it....New reforms in Law and Order are coming day by day....Every day, new buildings and towers are coming....One of the leading Real Estate Companies is going to build the tallest tower of the world at Sheikh Zayed Road, at Dubai (and it will be more than the Petron Tower of Malaysia at Kolalampur)....Most of the consulates have appointed their own Legal Representatives over here to deal with their respective labour problems.....New Metro Train is expected to be completed by the end of 2007, which will cover right from Jumeirah upto Jebel Ali incluiding Sheikh Zayed Road.  The first foundation is being erected at Sheikh Zayed Road, etc.etc.etc.
