It's a new world in which we live but not new when it comes to human nature. No matter when or where, scaming is scaming and alternative methods to protect from scamming will always punish every one rather then just the scamers. The laws are changing right before our eyes. In Europe now one man stabs another man and all have to turn in their knives. Soon we will all be forced to down load a tracer on every computer before we can even use them so big brother can keep track of where we go and what we do on the Internet. Have a great week. Dan
