Well Jerrel, You are way ahead of me. I have to learn each new thing there at Adlandpro. I had to contact the company to get the answer to that one. I knew there was a page that listed the last posts but couldn't remember how to get to it. When all else fails, I could read the directions, yep there it is History, close and disable. Mary

Yep,

I've found that when you contact support with questions you may receive very exact step by step instructions.

Hi everyone, It seemed like the friendly thing to do, sign up to be a buddy to answer questions here at Adlandpro. Here's my problem, When I sign in and start to type in a response to a thread up comes the buddy box asking if I am available to help people. If I click yes or no all the script I have so nicely typed disappears. So I leave it there. Unlike all the other popups, this one doesn't move, you cannot click it to close it. It just hangs there til you choose yes or no. Of course I can't see a thing I am typing to check for errors. Suggestions anyone??

Hi Mary,

I have seen good work go to waste when you get the community error message. try again or use the community mirror site message.

I learned to keep open Notepad and use it to compose my work and then copy/paste it to the forum. Then add the fonts and colors as needed.

That way I only lose style
and not my words.

I hope this helps.

P.S. Goofy aren't I.

Hi Mary,

You can configure your buddy membership so you are never asked by the pop-up window. Go here http://community.adlandpro.com/buddyindex.aspx and in the section "Can You Always Help" select I'm always available. You won't be asked from this point on and always automatically shown as buddy.
