The little pics apparently replace the slideshow.  Anywhere there is a photo in Adlandpro whether in forums ,on invitations,  or wherever, the profile of that person will come up.

Its a tool to use or ignore.

ooops   there's your picture.!!! oh and there's Jenny too.  I can't finish typing this for looking at my friends photo's

Well,  as a person of her word, I started up a forum called "Where are my Pop Ups?" and withing minutes, the problem was solved.  Now that's what I call networking!! Thanks Christine.

I switched over to Internet Explorer and after an agonizing wait for the page to load (a combination of IE plus temporary dial up is an excellent definition of PAIN) I found ......little photos jumping up and down all down the right side of my page!

Now I have switched back to Firefox (bliss.....) and now the  little chaps are popping up here as well.   - Bogdan, you fix things  quickly!

 I'm reserving judgement on this one, until I've got used to them.  Right now they irritate the h*ll of me - because they MOVE when I am typing, but....I've got used to all the other changes and really enjoy most of them.  So- no hasty judements right now.  Time will tell.

About a month ago, I said the popups were annoying, I've gotten used to them and they're fine.  As to your question about the new popup in the lower right hand corner....that is fairly annoying because of its movement.  I preferred the slide show at the top.  Thank you.

 Personally, I did like the group of photos across the top of my Adland page. You could see at a glance if someone new was online.

However, Adlandpro makes a real effort to improve the overall performance of the system here.  I expect that the move to the bottom right corner is an experiment to see if that can improve the speed at which Adland pages will load.

Many people have expressed the thought that Adland has become slow loading as many new features keep getting added.

I guess it is all a matter of balance.  My own personal preferences may need to be placed to one side as I recognize the need to provide services for the greatest common good.

The Adland Admin is to be commended for their continued effort to bring balance to a growing and changing system.  It appears to me that they have a very sympathetic ear and do follow up on members suggestions if possible.
