I always liked the Hot Seat feature, and I like it even more now that more people show up. It's an enjoyable way to know who is online. I've had fun in the past clicking on the photo link and PM'ing the friend to say "Caught you!" Or, an intriguing picture would make me go and investigate the person behind it, more often than not giving me impetus to invite them to be friends. That's a hint to get your picture in, instead of those silhouettes, folks. I PM'd Bogdan this morning with a thank you for this improved feature, and in his reply learned that there's now an option to turn off the popups or reduce them to a button. But I have so completely changed my mind about them that I'm going to leave them as-is. Also found a workaround for following them--it works to right-click and open them in a new window. Even if they disappear on your screen before you manage to hit Open in New Window, if you right-click before they're gone, you'll get to the thread you wanted. Cheri PS, Beware! Hi Mary I have a question. The format of Hot Seat photos has been changed - I've got that one sorted out. But Yesterday, the list of Adlander on-line moved to the centre of the page. Today I have lost it altogether - does anyone know how to find it???? I've been looking for ages. Thanks in advance Jenny

Hi Jenny, We have removed the list of people being logged from the current spot due to the growing length of this list. The list was getting longer and each page had to be opened with this list included. This was affecting people with slower connection as more data was needed to be downloaded each time with every page. You can access list of currently logged in people by clicking [More....] link just above the pictures at the top. I am finding that these new additions - photos, pop ups etc are making it a great deal easier to find my way around Adland - it is a big and wonderous place! Jenny and Bogdan, Thanks for minding the store while I was away at play. Grammie was entertaing the grand daughters. Glad for the explaination as it was a mystery and I had told someone that was a good place to choose friends. We sure do look after each other. Jennifer, Popups are easier to deal with. 1) practice 2) open mind 3) use to one's benefit as we see fit. An improved attitude makes a big difference.
