So True Kathy. When I do my online presentations.. I just have to find my rhythm.. the rest comes natural with my outline. I never had a big problem with public speaking since I ran for alot of offices in high school, but at first for me it was my breathing. I had to remind myself to breath and keep my voice in my head. I really don't know how to explain the last part. ;)
