Hello Scott, Well let me share an idea with you,lets see what you think of this,no offense to anyone.I would like to share a thought.From my experience lately I would go with someone who is on the younger side with there thinking patterns,why because they have the concept to know what people in todays generation is all about,there thinking ways are fresh,innovative and very creative.I would much rather have a young person work for me then a older person,No offence but a older person does not think out of the box,they always think there way is the only way,I much rather think creativly and innovtativly.Things are much fresher because of the creativity of the things we can now do on the interenet.The young people know so much more then the older as far as the things you can do on the internet.I just love the ways my daughters think and help me with things.They know what appeals to people when they look at something.I would work with the yound any time day or fashion.Thanks,kathy when it comes to Advertising hook up with a young person you could really learn alot.Kathy/simikathy

Hello Kathy, Ya'all always have great tips! I only use free ad forums. Many people said I couldn't get business that way - I am proving them wrong. I always stop into the Intro section & say Hi to everyone. I also do my best to follow the rules of the forum Admin. You must gain peoples respect by working with them. Hi Kathy, I think you misunderstood me and my coments, which is very easy to do on the net. You are a mentor. Where did the younger guy with fresher ideas come from? He had to follow someone. Right? Of course he did. He-she was not a one man show from the beginning. Fresh Ideas and Fresh contacts are always around the internet. Do they all work? Of course not. That is where the phrase 'paradigm shift' comes into play. The internet world revolves on this one term. "paradigm shift" "paradigm shift" Definition: A significant change from one fundamental view to another A paradigm is simply the predominant worldview in the realm of human thought. The fresh ideas arise on the internet, and if it works, everyone jumps aboard. Or everyone 'shifts' ..... If everyone followed fresh ideas from the beginning, we would all fail. Experience with a huge contact base is the only way one will survive in this cut throat business. Period. I have about 18-20 forums I review daily. Do they know everything? Of course not. I stay informed as much as I can though. Adland is just a needle in the hay stack in the internet world. (And is a Wonderful contact tool!!) Bottom line, If your list is not growing your business is not either. Otherwise --- One will be chasing his or her tail never making forward progress. ASK yourself these 3 questions. At the end of the day was I . . . 1. Productive? 2. Did my income Grow? 3. Or did I just waste an entire day again? Constantly trying new fresher ideas will keep one in confusion. Are some good? Sure they are. Focus on what works, and let the "pagadigm shift" take care of itself. Have a productive day!
