What if you could Go Back in TIME?

H.G.Wells wrote a wonderful innovative book called “The Time Machine” about a Victorian inventor who created a machine defying the laws of time. Have you ever thought about how you would change your life if you could go back and live it over again? What would you do different? Would you change anything at all if you had access to your very own time machine?
Sociologist Dr. Anthony Campolo conducted a study in which 50 people over the age of 90 were asked to reflect upon their past lives. Each study participant was asked a simple question: "If you had it to do over again, what would you do differently?"
There were many answers, but there were two that dominated that particular study.
"I would reflect more" and "I would risk more" Have you ever felt like you are too busy doing things and you are not spending enough time thinking about the things you are doing and why you do them? Have you ever thought about the opportunities you may have lost because you were afraid of taking risks? Perhaps these elders have a lesson for all of us.
Reflect more, and take more risks. Make it a habit to cherish every moment in your life, make it a habit to do more of the things that you always wanted to do but never did. Life is so short, don't be afraid to "go for it," take action and go for your dream. Don't be like the elderly people in the study who wished they had taken the risk. It is better to grow old and know that you tried and failed than to know that you never tried at all. Every time we try something new and fail, we should learn from it. Each great man failed many times before achieving their goals, why even the famous President Abraham Lincoln himself failed many times, in many things, before he achieved his ambition of becoming the President of the United States. Every failure made him stronger, more determined and he never gave up.
