Weird Fact of the Day: A one kilogram packet of sugar will have about 5 million grains of sugar. Weird Fact of the Day: On average, a person will spend about five years eating during their lifetime. Weird Fact of the Day: Annually 17 tons of gold is used to make wedding rings in the United States.

Hi Larry, 1. Somebody has to much time on their hands if they are counting the grains of sugar in a kilogram pack. 2. If you eat fast food can you get more in? Or do you die earlier so it comes out the same? 3. What a waste! LOL

Dear Larry, Who measures sugar in kilos? Honestly, other than drug dealers? And if I start now, and stop in five years, does that mean I won't have to eat for the rest of my life? I think the gold to make wedding rings was just one year, for Liz Taylor...

HI Larry, Since alot of us count in pounds we need that converted please! Wonder how many grains are in a packet of Splenda? I probably only have a couple years total eating left in my lifetime, depends how they figure that.Of course older people have less than I do! I can honestly say I only used up a small amount of the 17 tons of gold used! SEEYA! Carla :)

Hi Larry! I like the weird facts and I would like to leave a little note for Shannon. In Canada we use the metric system and were not to happy when it was brought into are system.
