I believe that when we are in a pressured situation, like, (how will I support myself when my unemployment runs out...) we are more likely to believe any promise that APPEARS to offer a promising solution. The fact that I forked over that much money, yes, I do take responsibility for that, and I have learned. But the fact that I was adversely influenced by the "Take a Risk" mindset, is due to the kind of adverising approach that this company took with all of us. It is, and always has been, my nemesis to get into that frame of mind, because the most devastating losses in my life were due to being "trumped up" with that kind energy. The fact that the honchos will not honor my wishes to withdraw and give me a refund, even AFTER I came up with the money to replace myself, is just plain old low-life greed. I feel that they work on people who are predisposed to be more receptive to their "offers of help", and they know what they are doing. I am simply warning people to not let that "think positive" approach to advertising push any buttons in them until they stop for a minute and analyze where this "helpful advice" is coming from.
