Gosh Ena. Your brother's story brings tears to my eyes for all that he suffered. We should all be grateful for our health even if we have some problems. Your brother was certainly a brave person who inspires others. DonnaZ

Tim, For once I'm glad I got here late, because it gave me the opportunity to see Ena's post before I responded. Your story about your brother and Ena's about hers are very inspiring. I hope if I am ever faced with such challenges, I will remember and conduct myself with as much dignity. Thank you for this and all your posts, Tim. You have a knack for finding articles that give me a tremendous lift in spirit. Cheri

Dear Edna, Thanks for sharing your Brother's story with us. It is stories like his that give us all hope and courage to face our own adversities. It serves as a poignant reminder when I'm going to complain about a bill, or a minor irritation, just how trivial my little problems are in comparison to what others have gone through. It reminds me to be grateful for all the many blessings in my life. When I'm in that spirit of gratitude it's actually impossible for me to feel selfish, hard done by, or irritated. I can choose to start every day being grateful, and in doing so I find those are my best days. Even if I forget to start the day in that manner, and when things start going off track, it's so easy to change things by moving back into the spirit of gratitude. It's always about choices. Your Brother chose to be grateful for what he did have, and not to complain about what he didn't. The Law of Attraction was working in his life and we can see that through his outliving all the Doctors predictions. Thanks to you too Cheri. It is uplifting to know that my efforts have a positive effect for my friends here. To our Success,
