	Hi Linda, I am a very active (busy) mum and home business owner so for me there are just not enough hours in the day for all I have to do, I rarely get time for myself. Now you have made me realize I have to make time for myself and make it part of my daily plan. Thanks for the great advice. Much appreciated Mairead
